MARKETPLACE POLICY (INFORMATIONS, REFUND AND DELIVERY)
Order & Delivery: Fill in accurate contact details before checkout. We facilitate Cameroon nationwide delivery. For shipping costs outside Cameroon, please contact the seller directly. For any delivery-related inquiries or updates after your purchase, please **utilize the direct chat functionality with your seller.**
Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a refund request, please contact support with your Order ID. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that no refunds are issued on custom or digital products.
Payment & Escrow System: Pay via Mobile Money, Bank card or Orange Money as per the seller's instructions. Orders will ship only after payment confirmation. For your security, all payments made on Haven Group are held securely in our escrow system.** Funds are released to the seller only after the order is successfully delivered and confirmed by you, or automatically after 48 hours if no dispute is raised.
Customer Protection & Dispute Resolution: If a product arrives damaged, is lost, or the service is not rendered as expected, please **contact our support team and communicate with your seller directly via the chat functionality.** Buyers within Cameroon have a 48-hour window from the expected delivery time to open a dispute through the chat if the product or service is not received or is unsatisfactory. During this 48-hour period, your payment remains securely held in our escrow system. If no dispute is opened within this timeframe, the funds will be automatically released to the seller. NB: Chats with sellers are only available upon a successful purchase. Pre-chat is not yet allowed for now. Your purchase reciepts carries the Order Id and other details that will help you indentify a particular seller for your chat.
Seller Protection: Fraudulent claims or false information provided by buyers will result in no refund and potential account restriction.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
